Oven Roasted Asparagus
Simple, delicious side item that pairs wells with most meals.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Bodacious Olive Garlic EVOO
- 2 lb Fresh asparagus
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line baking sheet with tinfoil. Wash asparagus and trim or peel ends. Lay asparagus in a single layer on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper. (Tip: You may prefer to pour oil, salt, and pepper into a large Ziploc bag and toss asparagus to coat before laying in the pan). Bake for 20-25 minutes.
