Provencal Chicken with Lemon Balsamic
Easy, weeknight meal that's full of flavor!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Herbs de Provence EVOO
- 2 tbsp Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
- 6 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3 Cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Place in a dish with 1 TBS of Herbs de Provence EVOO along with 2 TBS of Sicilian Lemon balsamic and minced garlic. Marinate chicken for no longer than 30 minutes. Heat a cast iron skillet on medium heat with 1 TBS of Herbs de Provence EVOO. Place chicken thighs in the skillet. Cook 5 minutes each side or until chicken is golden brown. Serve on a platter and drizzle pan sauce on top of chicken.
